Hi Guys!
Have you ever wondered what else you can do to improve your dancing?
Are you frustrated at not getting better, even though you are doing all that your teacher is telling you to do?
Are you keen to find out the secrets that girls all over the world are now using to become better dancers and avoid injury?
Well, you have come to the right place! Now I know there is a lot to read on this page, but I just wanted to fill you in on all the details about this fantastic new course. I want you to make an informed decision about whether this is the right thing for you or not.
Because this course is not right for everyone.
• If you already know absolutely everything there is to know about pointe then you probably don¡¦t need this course.
• If you have perfect control of each of your individual toes, never lose your balance in class, and can do 32 perfect Fouettˆms (in both directions), then you probably shouldn¡¦t buy it either.
However, if you are just starting out en pointe, get blisters, sore feet or wobble en pointe, or if you are a dance teacher who is keen to learn how best to help your students progress en pointe, then this is the course for you!
Even girls who have been en pointe for years and teachers who have danced in some of the top ballet companies in the world have been astounded at how much they have learnt about their own feet by working through this course. Many wished that it had been available when they were starting their career as it explains the reasons behind so many career ending injuries.
This course is absolutely unique in the way that it guides you step by step through assessing your own feet and helps you understand exactly why things happen in your feet the way they do.
It has four stages that assess the flexibility of your feet and ankles; the strength of all the little muscles in your feet; your turnout muscles; and your core strength and balance. Follow along in the manual as you listen to me explaining all of the details of each test and exercise!
You test yourself at the start of each of the 4 stages, and then learn a program of special exercises that really focus on waking up all of the important muscles. After doing all the exercises for two weeks, you can retest yourself, and if you can do them all fabulously, you can move onto the next stage.

A lot of girls (and their parents) are understandably scared of what pointe work will do to their feet, and are worried about it being painful. In the past, with badly fitting shoes and often poor strength in the feet, many dancers did get terrible pain and had problems with their feet.
But this is not the case anymore!
This fantastic program teaches you how to strengthen your feet and body in the shortest space of time. Now that pointe shoes are available in so many different fittings, if your feet are very strong, and the shoes fit well, it is quite possible to dance with little or no pain at all! If you start off knowing what to feel, and how to get the most out of your shoe, you can have a long and happy career dancing on your toes.
In the past, this kind of specific strength only came with years of training, and learning it all the hard way. Thanks to my years of experience in working with dancers and seeing what makes the fastest improvements, this program is now available for you to take advantage of! After years of working with dancers, personally and as a therapist, and constantly seeing the same problems en pointe, I simply had to find a way to teach girls how to get it right from the beginning. The problem is, if you start off with bad technique, it is VERY hard to UNLEARN this later on.
You can learn fantastic technique NOW, and find out how your feet work, so that when you go onto pointe, you will get much better, much faster, than girls who try to learn it as they go.
If you are planning on any form of career or continued practice in ballet, this course is an essential part of your ballet training. Whether you are just beginning pointe, or have been en pointe for years, you will learn so much about your body and how it should work by going through this process.
With this course you get to learn what muscles do what, why some people find it easier than others, how to improve your turnout and how to get a great looking pointe!
I wanted to make learning about the body as fun, and as easy, as possible. And now it is even easier than ever! All of the exercises have lots of photos so that you can see exactly how to do them, and with my voice explaining each one, you don¡¦t even have to read the manual!

To get all of this information through regular Physical Therapy sessions, you would need at least 8 private sessions with me. At $120 an hour, this can get kind of pricey, which is why I wanted to make it easier for you to do most of the work yourself. This means you save over $900 and still get the same
Look at it this way -- $47.77 (USD) is really a painless drop in the bucket to be able to get your hands on The Perfect Pointe Book and start using it right away to improve your dancing!
Remember that this is an investment in your dancing; An investment in your feet, and in your life. This course not only teaches you how to work with your feet to get the most out of them, but that change is possible. It also shows you that if you do the right things and train smart, it does not have to be hard work! I wish you all the best in your journey through dance, and hope that I can continue to help you out along the way.

Full Article: Seattle Freebies offer Cultural Significance Seattle Washington is a great place to visit for many reasons. Whether you are a nature lover or more into the things that define a civilization such as shopping malls, museums, and one Starbucks, Seattle has a little bit of everything to offer its visitors. In fact, visitors could quite easily find that they have done and spent all that they should have rather early in their travel time if they aren't careful. Below you will find a few great things to do on your trip that won't require robbing the children's college fund in order to pay for. I'm all for paying good money for good fun, but if I can find good fun for free, that means there's more money left for things that would have otherwise been off limits because of prohibitive costs. So go ahead and plan the dinner train, you can make up the cost by eating breakfast from a box two mornings in a row or spending an afternoon in one of Seattle's many great parks. If you'd rather find indoor activities that are free, here are a few suggestions: 1) Frye Art Museum. Not only is the art top of the line, but the architecture is glorious as well. Through January of 2007, the Frye Art Museum is host to a very unique sound sculpture called Trimpin: Klompen this exhibit is comprised of 120 wooden Dutch shoes that literally dance before your very eyes. This exhibit is only one of many great exhibits that are sure to delight everyone in your group. This museum focuses on contemporary art from the 19th century to the present. 2) Museum and Arts Center. This particular museum is located about 50 miles outside of Seattle but might be worth the drive, especially if you enjoy taking in the scenery of the area. The fact that the museum is free is sometimes enough to make it worth the drive. Among the many exhibits that you or your children may find interesting is an exhibit of mammoth and mastodon in addition to a video on the mastodon excavation. In addition to this exhibit there are other exhibits that feature local artists and pioneer and historical displays. 3) Bellevue Arts Museum. This museum is only free on the first Friday night of every month. In addition to free admission and great art, there are live music and lectures from 5:30-9:00 pm. I feel this bears mentioning here because there are times to visit when this is free and I feel that this is a culturally significant activity that the entire family can enjoy. 4) Seattle Asian Art Museum. This museum is free on the first Thursday and the first Saturday of each month. Currently there is an exhibit of exquisite Buddhist art that represent the influences of Indian, Chinese, Tibetan, Korean, and Japanese artistic interpretations. 5) Wing Luke Asian Museum. This museum also offers free admission on the first Thursday of every month. Here you will find art and exhibits that are devoted to the Asian Pacific American culture. There is also a multimedia station that allows visitors to hear interviews with Japanese American citizens who were forced into internment camps during WWII. I think this is a museum that should be on everyone's to do list whether you can make it on one of the free days or not. There is a lot to be learned here and I hope that you will be up for the lessons. While these museums are for the most part smaller museums, they still represent a significant contribution not only of art, but history to the world of art and artists. Even if the cultural offerings of the many museums aren't that appealing to you on a personal level, the benefits to your children might be surprising-especially when you consider the fact that you didn't have to pay a dime for admission.
